Follow the adventures of Bo and Lexie as they continue their life's journey at their ranch in the Hondo Valley of New Mexico. Six-year-old twins Jack and Zack, add to the flavor of their life along with ten-year-old daughter, Tommie Rose. Bo is determined that the children follow his success in the sport of rodeo but is continually interrupted by unforeseen events. Illness and death in the family, along with success in the horse racing industry, keep him from spending time with his children in the arena. Also, an old nemesis from the past issues a challenge he cannot ignore, and he returns to competition.

A tragic event occurs which dwarfs any of the challenges that Bo and Lexie have ever faced. Together they strive to hold the family together and survive this horrible ordeal, hoping to once again become a family that will know happiness.
